A delicious and robust Sancerre from 70-year-old vines. Grapefruit and newmown grass notes--perhaps some lemongrass or finely chopped herbs also. Nicely acidic and shows more body than some Sauvignon Blanc. Paired nicely with baked chicken tenders with asparagus.
