Perhaps my first wine from this estate. Medium straw color with transparency. 12% abv. Tart and yet fruity with impeccable balance. Citrus and stones. Long finish. I had this with fried chicken and asparagus with melted butter and lemon juice but the possible pairings are quite broad.

Sounds like Weil. Their wines are always well balanced.

Nice to see a note on Weil; they seem under-represented on wine boards which is a shame.
