Continuing to plow through my stash of 375 ml bottles. Tastes like Cabernet. Not overblown. Really nice with my burger.

Too bad this label is going away. :(

While too young, the birthday bottle of 2009 S. G. Reserve was delicious Saturday night.

I read somewhere that (1) the owners had some disagreement about the future direction and (2) the winemaker was too busy with other things.

Oh no, say it ain't so. However, if this means there will be boatloads of inventory dumped on the market for super low prices, I'm available.

No - they are selling the remaining wines in normal fashion, just not making more. I did hear that they sold off a vintage of juice in bulk.
