WTN: 2008 CMS Red by Hedges, Columbia Valley, WA

Fragrance of dark berries and plumskins plus a hint of polished leather. Fruity with blackberry/raspberry notes. I always seem to attain simple pleasures from this uncomplicated wine that nevertheless gives a bit of depth from the blend of three varieties. Relatively good QPR. Best on the first evening.
