Opened my last bottle of the Natalie's Estate Winery 2006 Elephant Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and I wish I had a lot more. It has finally somewhat smoothed out tannin-wise but could still use 5 more years to fully integrate. Very black in color with slight purple at the rim, flavors were of intense bramble fruit. No secondary flavor profile is evident but the balance is so fine that this will probably come with time. I think this is a NW winery that is very under-appreciated.
