WTN: 2005 Domaine Pinson Freres Chablis 1er Cru Montmain

From Burgundy Wine Company. 13% abv. Deep gold color with transparency. I think comments on CellarTracker to drink up may have been wise. It tasted on the edge of oxidation as far as I could judge, but was still quite rewarding. The mineral notes lean towards rocks rather than steel or flint. The flavors are rich enough to take on scallops or crab, or possibly lobster--not just molluscs such as oysters or clams.

Thankfully not oxidized. Apparently some 2005s are already starting to go over.
