Quantifying Kosher Wine Sales Periods

I submitted this to the "Rogov" forum, but thought I would do so here as well. I'm looking for information about relative percentages of kosher wine sold during periods of the year, peak sales periods and baseline. I suppose I'm looking at premium wine rather than "kiddush wine". I know there are a number of retailers and wholesalers who frequent these pages, and I am looking at this from both a retail and a wholesale perspective. Obviously, the largest peak sales period is Passover, and the next largest is the late summer/early autumn holiday period. But there is also a steady baseline sale of daily or weekly wine drinkers. Has anyone tried to quantify the relative percentages? In the past, we took it on faith that between 2/3 to 3/4 of all kosher wine sales occurred between January 1 and Passover, and that every other period is also-rans. But factoring out the "kiddush wines" as well as those sold to restaurants (for the mevushal wines, figuring it could skew the results), what would be a good picture of the industry sales, both in the USA and elsewhere? And for those not in the industry, what would your feeling be, and can you quantify percentages of purchases during basic time periods in the Jewish or secular calendar?
