WTN: wild rabbit with 2008 Laetitia Pinot Noir
Posted: Mon Jan 28, 2013 9:10 pmMore wild rabbit (this has been a good year for me) with a 2008 Laetitia Arroyo Grande Pinot Noir from Cal. I am just loving this combination of mild rabbit meat and a smooth Cal. pinot noir. This wine was all about sweet cherry nose and flavors and little else as this is too young to see where it might go with a few more years, but the acid/tannin/fruit balance was perfect and if I had a few more bottles I'd set aside a few for further development.
