It's championship Sunday in the NFL. Many of us in the USA will have the TV on watching football.That doesn't mean there won't be chat. Here are the times when the fun gets started: at 4 p.m. Eastern Time; 3 p.m. Central Time; 2 p.m. Mountain Time; 1 p.m. Pacific Time; 9 p.m. in the UK; 10 p.m. in Italy, France, Germany, and Sweden; 11 p.m. in Finland and Israel; 8 a.m. Monday in Sydney and environs; and 10 a.m. Monday in New Zealand. I believe these are all corrected for standard time changes. If I am off, let me know. Please let me know when the time changes in your neck of the woods so I remember to make the appropriate changes.

Sorry friends, but most probably I'll be MIA today since we are having another tasting in our series of auction (or other mature) wines. Do have fun without me, no need to behave.

I will be visiting my wife today but should get back before chat closes....whenever that is. What with the NFL schedule I hope a lot of us will forgo football, just DVR it if you must see the game(s).

The games are 3:30 and 6:30. DVR and the NFL are heresy of the highest order!

What is this NFL of which you speak? National Food League? Noisome Ferocious Litigators? Never Forget Love?

Seems silly to use so many televisions to watch it. Why not just delegate one person to watch it and he can tell us the final score later?
