WTN: 2009 Greenwood Ridge Zinfandel Scherrer Vineyard
Posted: Sat Jan 19, 2013 11:36 pmFrom 95 year old vines, this is a big zin with concentrated fruit, dust and chocolate. But there is lots going on in terms of acidity, spice and finish. Was a great accompaniment with a lunch of roast beef sandwich and later in the evening wih lasagna. Tasty!!!
