2006 Kerpen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese * - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (1/5/2013)Still has all the power of a big auslese, not to mention the botrytis to go with it. Very tropical with lingering honey notes. Works well as a dessert wine. Still so much stuffing that it is impossible to get to any underlying site expression.
There behind the glass lies a real blade of grass. Be careful as you pass. Move along. Move along.
