Posted: Fri Nov 30, 2012 9:58 pmNot one, but over the past few years I have tended to focus on a narrow group of wines for a few weeks/months and then switch to the next region on my rotation. But overall I guess that rotation is pretty focused.
For white wine, it's pretty much German riesling or Loire chenin. For red wine, it's Beaujolais (mainly Morgon), Northern Rhone syrah (plus ESJ), and red Burgundy. But among those three, red Burgundy probably gets the least attention because of price.
