Absolutely. I just hope prices don't go up too much with the shortage.

Bob, that first report of Jim's seems to come from September 25. Since then the weather in Anjou and Touraine, the main Chenin and CabFranc regions, has been exceptionally wet. I guess that if he were to update this, he would now be more pessimistic about quality.

Prices go up regardless of quantity. Prices go up regardless of quality.
In other words: prices go up.

We're having a great harvest here in Sonoma, Mendocino and Napa Counties. It's mostly in, and I'm only seeing happy faces at the places I visit.
