WooHoo...Revolutionary Glassware...

by TomHill » Sun Oct 29, 2006 10:05 pm

Stumbled across this in the latest WineNews magazine. A patented notch in the side of the glass will "break the wine" (as the Italians say) and allow your wine to "breathe" in a minimal amount of time. ONLY $40/stem.
Plus they have a decanter with an "exclusive stem design". Only $129/decanter. It allows you to "increase aeration by swirling" the decanter. It looks scarey as hell to me, having a full btl of wine setting atop this stem and narrow base, an accident waiting to happen.
Anyway...I'm buying. With my Clef du Vin and my BevWizard, I'm all set to "breathe" my wine and enhance them to kingdom come.
Order yours now from their Site.
You'll love the site...very soporific music.

I have that music still playing, very chic! That decanter looks like a lampshade from the Orient Express.
How do I get rid of this music!!?

I don't know about "breaking the wine" but I am certain that I would break the stem right off that decanter in very short order.
