Bright clean red color, earthy nose. Palate of dark cherry with a good dose of pepper. The wine has some earthy funk that adds to the complexity and a nice long finish. Anyone who thinks Beaujolais is not a serious wine or can't age gracefully should try this wine. Drinking well now but no problem holding a few more years. A great match for a grilled marinated chicken breast.
