Any recs for this area or within driving distance? Preferably a seaside and/or waterview restaurant with a decent winelist? Prices...say... in the $20-30.00 / entree range?

A couple of years ago, I weighed in with the same request here. Everything was good, but the best was Hamersley's Bistro where I enjoyed a delectable braised lamb shank on polenta with a bottle of Edmund's St. John Rocks and Gravel.
