Swirling in a tumbler with a handle? And besides, they're only just about 1/4 of an inch in thickness. :roll:

I sell them; I think they make fine highball glasses. But I find it difficult to get worked up about them one way or the other. I've posted here before about the flaws in Riedl's research regarding the impact of glass shape on the organoleptic perception of wine. I think if a glass gets the wine into your mouth, it's doing a good job. Well, I do prefer a clear glass. :D
