What's happened to www.corkwatch.com?

When I click on http://www.corkwatch.com, it takes me to the bare bones of a new site and corks are not even mentioned. I wonder what has happened to all the resource material that was originally there.

Wasn't that site run by a Brit named ... Robert Joseph? If I'm correct in that recollection, maybe a Google search might turn up an alternate home for him.
