Finally got over to Corti Bros to get a bottle of this stuff. It was $15 for the bottle, with 12% alcohol. 100% moschofilero from the Mantinia region of southern Greece.

Light straw color with a very slight pinkish tinge to it. Nose is fairly restrained, but there is a noticeable floral quality to it along with some orange blossom and a touch of other sweet fruit. In the mouth, it's dry with a pretty solid backbone of acidity. Flavors run to melon and peach, with the acidity coming through in the mid-palate making for a very dry finish. Overall, a very tasty and refreshing wine, particularly when well-chilled. A pretty good value and a nice alternative to sauv. blanc, muscadet, etc. for those who like their wine taut.

Thanks to Hoke and Tom Hill for mentioning it.
