Wonderful Raspberry and cherry aromas. This is nothing like the Beaujoulais Nouveau that gets mass marketed in the fall. This is serious but delicious wine. Little if any oak, some minerals and earth in the middle with great acids and mild tannins. A moderately long finish completes the package. Very nice wine that I'm betting will get better for a while.

Glad to hear this is showing well, at one point it was a bit shrill, but then started to put on some weight over recent months..

Which is good, because overly shrill 04 experiences with usually reliable Foillard and Thivin have left me a little down on 04. And I don't like to be down on acidic wines :)
