Cave Talmard

Dark yellow in the glass.

Light lemon on the nose.

Medium weight, toasty, good tangy acidity, pear, green apples, lemon, lime, lightly honeyed, fairly thick in the mouth, vanilla, rich and crisp.

With time, the wine became a bit sharper and more lemony.

A tangy, mouthwatering finish.

A good wine, which paired nicely with leftover Thanksgiving turkey.

Purchased at $16.95 (Canadian).
