WTN: My new "house " red and a Parker wine

No, this is not a RMP wine but a Parker Estate Sonoma Co. Cabernet 2006. Bought in Ft. Wayne, Indiana for the sum of $12 (with case discount), it was one of the finest Sonoma Co. Cabs. I have tasted in a long while. I tasted it the night I bought one and went back the next day and cleaned out 2 Scott's grocery stores of their inventory (21 bottles). Not lush or deep of cassis flavors but very typical of what I think of as typical Sonoma Co. Cabernet (smooth tannins, cherry flavors, a bit herbal and well balanced). When I am back up that way I'll stock up on more!!!
