I doubt that there are any big secrets on how to turn PinotNoir into a white wine. They be doing it in Champagne
for a few yrs I done been told!!! :-)

Suncadia? The word 'resort' is used very loosely here. At present, or at least as of a year ago June, it was just a bunch of lots in the woods and a bunch of dozers standing around. Lawrence Welk could arrive at any minute. Not the kind of place one imagines having a winery let alone hiring the help away from Dom Serene.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

It was kind interesting because I tasted some pinot from a new winery on Sunday. The three principals all escaped from Domaine Serene. :)
