I'm halfway thru this book and find it absolutely fascinating as a cheeselover. It chronicles her journey into the world of cheese. It discusses many of the artisinal producers that I know and love. Best of all, it talks about some of the biggies, why "factory" cheses have such a bad rap, and what "factory" cheeses are actually very good. Big is (not always) bad.
Highly recommended for those w/ an interest in cheese, which I think is most wine lovers.
