WTN: 2002 Vinoce Mount Veeder Red Wine

Majority (65%) Cab Franc. Either mediocre storage, or not made to age. Some bright acidity and nice cab franc fruit, but marred by the tired pruney notes that shout "too old." 81 points. Maybe two years ago would have been prime? Disappointing.

I have been drinking the 05 for at leat a year. It is fantastic! Could be....three years more of winemaking experience makes a much better wine ? ?
