AC Costières de Nîmes
R. Gassier, Prop.-Récolt.

A 70-30 blend of Grenache and Syrah.

Dark purple in the glass.

Spicy, tarry, black fruit, floral, red currants on the nose.

Medium weight, tangy, spicy, red licorice, fleshy black cherry, raspberry, blackberries, tarry, red currants, with some alcohol heat toward the end.

A hot and drying finish.

Purchased at $14.95 (Canadian).
