2004 Mount Eden Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Bottled USA, California, San Francisco Bay, Santa Cruz Mountains
I guess I never popped this note into cellar tracker. So how come there is no alcohol % on this bottle? The nose is enticing although early on it had a reductive quality. Air really cleaned this up and brought into a more earthy and vegetative state. Subtle fruits and minerals. This is not as concentrated or complex as the 05 but it is a nice wine. A lighter feel that it wears well. (90 pts.)
