Light yellow in the glass.

Gooseberry, peppery and clean on the nose.

Lemon, grapefruit, gooseberry, tangy, peppery, good acidity, medium weight, crisp.

Gooseberry on the mouthwatering finish.

A varietally correct wine in every respect, but lacking in any kind of excitement. Good for the price, though.

Purchased at $11.95 (Canadian).
