WTN: Flat Rock Cellars Pinot Noir 2007

by Bruce Hayes » Fri Aug 14, 2009 9:59 am

Twenty Mile Bench

Healthy cherry red in the glass.

Light cherry and vanilla on the nose.

Medium weight, smoky, charred, cherry fruit, spicy, a light bitter bite, earthy, slightly viscous, tangy and refreshing.

A mouthwatering, drying finish.

Quite tasty and it matched well with take out Chinese food.

Screwcap closure.

Purchased at $19.95 (Canadian).

Flat rock is an excellent winery. I enjoyed my visit there in 2008. I bet there 2007 wines are pretty good across the board.

That too many people have died?
