I am not quite the fanatic that Hoke is regarding rose' but I found this one to be the best in memory. I enjoy most all of them when chilled in the summer. Regardless, many seem to be too light and lack body. Others sometimes seem to have a dominate varietal taste and lack the smoothness and balanced pleasure I am looking for. Last of all, some like to leave just enough RS to make it almost undrinkable. The Trinquevelel was dry, had body and grip but was beautifully balanced, loaded with dark fruit flavors and easy to drink. Great food wine as we had it on a picnic with wood oven roasted pork and lots of fresh farm raised veggie sides. Heck, I thought it even went well with potato chips. A friend brought it and the next day I went out and purchased a few bottles. A Kermit Lynch wine for $14.99.
