Despite my frequent abcenses and failure to get a chat note up, Wednesday Chat is here. We start the party at 9:30 PM EDT for those of us on the east coast, 8:30 PM CDT and 7:30 PM RMDT for those of you in Chicago or in fly over country. I guess that means 6:30 PM on the left coast. If my calculations are correct everyone in NZ needs to join us at 1:30 PM Thursday and at 11:30 AM on Thursday morning for those in Sydney and eastern Oz. I might even show up. We can discuss it tonight along with all things MoCool and other wine related activities along with the usual important stuff.
