The Jadot site says Beaujolais has a long tradition of making pink wines but I can't recall coming across one before. The fact sheet held by the demonstrator claimed this wine was the first pink Beaujolais.
What was it like?
Served ice cold in a plastic 'eye-glass' it offered me little sense of anything except wet cold and dry.
