Brown Mountain Late Harvest

by Michael A » Wed Jul 15, 2009 4:27 pm

2005 Kesselstatt Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Spatlese
Brilliant light gold, medium weight with nice viscosity that hangs on the glass. Sumptuous fruit nose of ripe melons and fresh riesling fruit. Full round flavors fill the mouth to start and then the backbone...citrus and spice. Big and juicy with long finish $30 USD
I love wines from the Brown Mountain (nod to David), wish we could get the Willi Haag around here. We get Fritz, but no Willi
