Light yellow in the glass.

Frohty mousse when pouring. A few streams of fine bubbles.

Spicy, green apple on the nose.

Tangy, peppery, green apples, a hint of lime, medium weight, mouthwatering and clean.

A mouthwatering finish.

A rather simple wine, but enjoyable.

Purchased at $18.95 (Canadian) and fairly poor QPR, considering I could have enjoyed a similar quality cava from Spain for several dollars less.
