I know what you like. This is as tart as it could get. I think it is a mixture of Grenache, Syrah, and Zinfandel. It has an intense tart syrah component which dominates the citric acid. It is an Genius of a Rose. You would have to really search to find any hint of sweetness. Deep tart fruityness of grapefruit appleberry.
