Marlborough.

Very clear color (assuming "clear" can be considered a color).

A fat nose, spicy, grassy and tropical fruit.

Quite rich and fat in the mouth, lime, papaya and gooseberry, peppery, could benefit from more acidity in the middle, although some acidity does show up for the finish.

An enjoyable wine, but I would hesitate to serve this to a SB fanatic.

It might not be semantically correct, but it makes perfect sense to a reader.

Some other options to this (oft encountered) quandary:

- Almost colourless (or just plain colourless)
- Clear and colourless (to represent both the clarity and colour)
- Youthful lack of colour
- Colour approaching that of water
- A slight green/yellow/straw tint to the otherwise colourless complexion

I guess, just use what you're comfortable with and I see no problem with what you said.
