Primitivo 90% and Negroamaro 10%
Very, very nice primitivo with a wonderful nose of almond and horse saddle. In the mouth flavors of sweet berry and cherry, underbrush, herb and cherry pit. Quite a nice wine with good acidity that paired very well with roasted, rotisserie chicken and heirloom tomatoes (which were really good and really expensive!). My wife, Eileen, loved this wine also. 13.5% Alc/vol. $17
