I didn't recognise this name - its another example of a book with different US and UK titles. In the UK it is Phylloxera: How Wine Was Saved for the World.

You decide which title is more expressive :)

Thanks so much, Peter; I've been very confused by the difference in names of this book. Thanks also for the other clarifications.

This program is very addictive, and I'm having even more fun re-reading and preparing Reviews of some books I've read, perhaps years ago.
