I’ll have to go with liquor, Stock Anisette. But on special occasions the Strega bottle comes out.

something about the post above (desert? heat?) made me feel even hotter than I already am :)

After dinner, I'm partial to a very small glass of Madeira (Broadbent 10 Year Malmsey is the house favourite), followed by a lot of hot Chinese tea.
