WTN: Boons Farm Blueberry Surprise (n/v)

by Brian K Miller » Wed Apr 01, 2009 11:59 am

Delicious nose of raw Everclear with artifical blueberry flavoring. Definitely a rich palate of booberry (not blueberry, but Booberry, as in the godawful children's cereal product), alcohol, and sugar. Except for being picked up for vagrancy by the local constabulary, my experience with Boon's Farm was 100% positive. 97 points.

Also: Taake Vodka. Sold in the homeless-friendly mini-size that litters local parks and vacant lots, this lovely vodka tastes like....nothing.

Do they still make Ripple? I still have bad memories of that stuff.
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.

I only buy the Blueberry Surprise in vintage years. If you've never tried VBS it is a totally different "drinking" experience and well worth the extra nine cents.
