Fontanafredda

Dark purple in the glass.

Vanilla, lightly floral, coffee, black licorice on the nose.

Medium weight, quite full and soft in the mouth, tangy, rich and fleshy cherry and raspberry fruit, a nice earthy bite, chocolate, coffee.

The wine became a bit firmer with time.

Drying and fruity finish.

A big, rich, smooth wine with lots of flavours and good acidity to keep everything lively. Yum

Purchased at $15.95 (Canadian).
