Greathy frothy mousse when pouring.
Medium dark yellow in the glass.
Lots of streams of tiny bubble.s
Dry, nutty and lemony on the nose.
Peppery, lemon, good acidity, light to medium weight, clean and refreshing, not nearly as dry as I had thought it would be, some bitter lemon rind toward the end.
Mouthwatering, lemon rind on the finish.
