Methode Cap Classique
WO Western Cape

A blend of Chardonnay (54 per cent) and Pinot Noir.

Good foamy mousse when pouring. A few streams of tiny bubble in the glass.

Lovely medium golden color in the glass.

Nutty on the nose.

Medium weight, lemon, pear and green apple, good acidity, clean, tangy, peppery, full in the mouth, lightly honeyed, drying but with rich fruit.

A mouthwatering finish.

Quite nice.

Purchased at $18.95 (Canadian).

Glad you tried it and liked it.
