“After 20 years there are no great wines, only great bottles”

1966 Maison Leroy "Chapelle-Chambertin", Côte de Nuits, Burgundy
Burgundy in perfection. Wonderful perfume of red fruits, mushrooms, forest floor or what the french call “sous-bois”. Unbelievable fresh on the palate and what a balance&elegance. WOW. Also lovely aged , as this wine shows no disturbing matured notes. Sell the Bordeaux! WOTN
96/100
