Do you have familiarity with Kurt Hain wines? I see that Otto has reported on some. One was reviewed in the March issue of "Wine Enthusiast" in a way that made me want to try it.

Third tier producer that makes serviceable wines. In a vintage like 2007 they could be quite good if well priced.

Thanks for replying. It was a Piesporter Goldtropchen Auslese Goldkapsel but I'm not sure I can find it within North Carolina.

You can get his wines in Virginia. I think that The Country Vintner does business in NC and they have it in VA. The other half of the family replying.

Thanks, Dick. I see from the website that Country Vintner does distribute Kurt Hain wines in North Carolina so I will look into it.
