Mid-Week Chat Tonight!

by Cynthia Wenslow » Wed Feb 11, 2009 3:03 pm

How is your week going? My thoughts have lately been on all those who have been having severe weather where they are, or are struggling with disasters such as the fires in Australia. There seems so little that we can do in the face of events like these, except reach out and make or renew connections.

So come join us for the regular WLDG Mid Week Chat. Things get started at 9:30 p.m. Eastern, 8:30 p.m. Central, 7:30 p.m. Mountain, 6:30 p.m. Pacific. 0230 GMT, some truly horrible hour in the middle of the night in Israel and most of Europe, 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Sydney and environs, 3:30 p.m. Thursday in New Zealand.

Right click to enter: WLDG Chat Room

Pull up a chair and pour a glass of something good. We'd love to get to know you!

An over-long school meeting took chat out of play for me last night. I miss you guys!
Yes, and how many deaths will it take 'til he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.

Bummer, James. I made the chat for the first time in a month or so. Hope to catch you again some time.

I keep trying to remember to do this, and it always escapes my brain. I think I'll put it on my Blackberry calendar so it dings and reminds me.

It was a shame that 3806 couldn't hang around longer.

Didn't mean to leave so abruptly myself, but we had a brief electric power burp in the neighborhood.

From what I can see, a Blackberry takes the place of a brain, rather than supplementing it!

I thought as much, Bill, given what was happening in our neck of the woods. Everyone else, though, just thought that you were being an a$$hole :P
