Delicious. Gorgeous full nose of red fruit, barnyard and earth. Still showing good fruit on the palate. Soft, integrated tannins. Opened for my birthday dinner... great with a Pizza Margherita! :D abv 13%.

Heartiest congratulations on another milestone, my dear friend and many happy returns for the future. Please pass on my kind regards to Stud Muffin.

Sounds like a nice wine, thanks for the note, C.

Happy belated Birthday! I hope Stuart did not give you a mop or ironing board or something along those lines.

How sweet of him to serve you a birthyear wine, Princess. :P Hope your B-day was a happy one and not too bone-chillingly cold.

who you chose to share Butte with.

Went out with a nurse from Butte years ago! Met her at a rodeo and we used to party it up in Cranbrook, BC. She was not keen on bird-watching however, LOL.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes, gents!

No, he did not get me an ironing board or a mop.

Mark, how clever of you to figure out it was a birth year wine! I guess my secret is out. :D
