A really delightful, elegant Mosel Riesling with lovely flavours of red and green apples and lime tinged with slate and flowers. Incredibly light in the mouth with bright acidity and gentle flavours that keep building up with each sip, finishing with only a hint of sweetness. Really refreshing with each sip making you want to reach for the glass again. A wonderful Riesling, and a pleasant surprise to find such lightness in 06. Stunningly great value at $15, and I love the screwcap as well.
