One sparkling suggestion is the Pinon NV Vouvray Brut. Just popped one on New Years and loved it -- very dry, minerally with lots of Chenin funk. I bought a couple of bottles of this at MacArthur not too long ago; you might call first to make sure they've still got some in stock if you're interested.
