TNR: '07 Willi Schaefer estate riesling

Crush had a nice sub-$17 offer on a case buy of this, so I sprang (it's Schaefer, after all)... but has anyone had this?

Yup - delish. Make sure you save a few for 5+ years down the road.

Thanks David. I figured Schaefer was pretty much a sure thing, but some corroboration is always good to hear.

My tendency is to let wines age, so there will definitely be a few around to drink 5 or more years from now... in fact, I've a few Schaefer QbAs from 2004 that seem like they're just coming into their own.
